What is the return policy of Fidaindia?

Kindly report any order problems within 24 hours of delivery. Be specific when describing your problem. 
Please return the item in case of any problem within 5 days of delivery along with the original packing in the same condition. Kindly include a copy of the invoice delivered to you.
You should return the item using the registered airmail or courier as already advised in our return authorization mail.
We will surely test and figure out the defect in the returned product so that we can take some steps to prevent such defects from reoccurring. 
If the returned product is not in its original condition then the customer will have to bear the cost of it. We are strictly prohibited from taking back any used, washed, or worn items. Just as it is our responsibility to deliver your product safely to you, in the same way it is your duty to return it back safely and in the proper condition with the correct details.

What is the refund policy of Fidaindia?

Generally, after purchasing something, it is not refundable. But in some cases, such as any manufacturing defect, damage or wrong item, you can email us at or call us on (+91) 9804844277 along with your order number and the item details.
Please make a note of the point that you will get the purchase amount refunded only if we are responsible for the reason behind returning it. We are not at all liable to accept the return and provide the refund to you otherwise.
After we receive the item, we will begin our process of refunding the amount which will be received by you within 3 working days. The amount will be directly credited back to the same source within 7-10 working days.
Besides this, if the customer has paid twice for any product, we refund one payment to the same.

We would accept the returns in following conditions.

  • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.
  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
  • Originals receipts would need to be included.
  • All items would need to be purchased originally from

How are returns processed?

Once you request to return a product, a pick up is organized for the item. Designated courier partners will initiate pickup within 3-5 business days after your return request has been received.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 5 days of delivery. Please note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.
